RV Adventure Pass Policies

Term & Renewal

  • Memberships are for a 12-month commitment and auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled in writing.
  • Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
  • At this time, there is no initiation fee.
  • Members may turn off auto-renewal at any time by providing written notice.
  • Turning off auto-renewal simply means the membership will not renew at the end of the current term.
  • The member will continue to enjoy all benefits and perks until the end of their paid 12-month term

Credits

  • For every dollar you pay in membership dues, you receive 100 Adventure Credits.
  • Credits may be used toward any rental costs, including nightly rates, add-ons, insurance, mileage, and taxes.
  • Credits cannot be used toward damages, penalties, or late fees.
  • Credit value is fixed: 1 credit = $0.01 in booking value.
  • Credits do not expire and can still be used if a membership is paused or cancelled
  • Credits are separate from perks: while credits remain valid, member-only benefits (discounts, bonuses, price protection, etc.) only apply if your membership is active.

Bonus Credits and Promotions

  • Bonus credits may be awarded during promotions.
  • Bonus credits are restricted to the promotional booking for which they were issued.
  • Bonus credits are non-transferable and cannot be used on other reservations.
  • If the booking tied to bonus credits is cancelled, the bonus credits are forfeited.
  • Bonus credits carry no cash value.

Reservations & Cancellations

  • Members may book without limits on concurrent reservations.
  • If you cancel a reservation, any standard credits used will be returned to your account.
  • Bonus credits (see Section 3) are not returned if the associated booking is cancelled.
  • If RV Adventure Club must cancel your reservation (e.g., due to mechanical issues), we will rebook you, refund credits, or issue bonus credits at our discretion.

Cancellation Flexibility

  • All rentals are subject to RV Adventure Club’s standard rental cancellation policy. Members, however, may receive enhanced cancellation benefits depending on their tier:
    • Silver: No additional cancellation benefit. Standard rental policies apply.
    • Gold: Full credit refund if cancellation is made 14 days or more before the rental start date. Administration fee is reduced to $75
    • Platinum: Full credit refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the rental start date. Administration fee is reduced to $50.
  • Cancellations made outside of these timeframes are subject to standard policies and may result in partial or full forfeiture of credits.

Pausing & Cancellation of Membership

  • Members may pause their membership for up to 2 months in any calendar year.
  • During a pause, credits may still be used, but member perks are suspended.
  • If you cancel your membership:
    • All credits remain in your account and may still be used.
    • Member-only perks (such as free rental night bonuses, price protection, or discounts) end immediately.
    • An early cancellation penalty equal to three months of membership dues will apply for early cancellations
    • If you rejoin later, you will be subject to the current membership rates and terms.

Credit Transfers

  • Credits may be transferred to family or friends with the written authorization of the account holder.
  • Transfers must be submitted by email or in writing to RV Adventure Club.
  • Recipients of transferred credits are still subject to all standard rental terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements such as being at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
  • Bonus credits may not be transferred under any circumstances.

Free Rental Night Bonuses

  • Each membership tier includes annual free rental nights:
    • Silver: 2 free nights per year
    • Gold: 3 free nights per year
    • Platinum: 4 free nights per year
  • Founding Members (those who sign up before October 31, 2025) receive double the annual free rental nights for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.
  • Restrictions apply:
    • Members must pay with credits the prep fee on free-night rentals.
    • Motorhome mileage allowance is 100 km per night (reduced from the regular 150 km per night).
    • Free rental nights may only be used during low season or shoulder season.
    • If a rental overlaps into high season, the member must use credits to pay the applicable high-season nightly rates and any associated fees for those nights.
  • Free rental night bonuses are valid only while the membership is active. They are forfeited if the membership is paused or cancelled.
  • Free rental night bonuses must be used within the calendar year in which they are issued and do not roll over.
  • Free rental nights are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Price Protection

  • Active members enjoy price protection, which means they pay the previous season’s rates for nightly RV rentals when booking with credits.
  • Price protection applies only to base rental rates. Other charges such as prep fees, mileage, add-ons, insurance, taxes, or penalties are not included in price protection and are subject to current pricing.
  • Price protection is available only while the membership is active. If a membership is paused or cancelled, price protection is suspended until the membership is reactivated.
  • Price protection does not apply retroactively to bookings made prior to membership enrollment.
  • RV Adventure Club reserves the right to adjust how price protection is applied in cases of extraordinary market conditions (e.g., regulatory changes, fuel surcharges, or supply shortages), with notice provided to members.

Credit Top-Up Bonus

  • If a member does not have enough credits to cover a rental, additional credits may be purchased at a bonus rate based on tier:
    • Silver: $1 = 105 credits (5% bonus)
    • Gold: $1 = 110 credits (10% bonus)
    • Platinum: $1 = 115 credits (15% bonus)
  • Top-up bonuses are linked to the specific rental they are purchased for.
  • Top-up purchases are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once applied.
  • If the rental is cancelled, the base credits are refunded to the member’s account, but the bonus credits are forfeited.
  • Standalone top-up purchases (not linked to a booking) are purchased at standard value only ($1 = 100 credits, no bonus).

Minimum Rental Periods

  • Standard rental minimums are 3 nights in low/shoulder season and 5 nights in high season.
  • Member benefits:
    • Silver: No reduction in minimum nights.
    • Gold: High season minimum reduced to 4 nights.
    • Platinum:
      • Low/shoulder season minimum reduced to 2 nights
      • High season minimum reduced to 3 nights
  • These reduced minimums apply only to active members and are not transferrable to non-member bookings.

Minimum Rental Periods

  • RVR Kelowna may reduce inventory or apply blackout periods for the public during high-demand dates. Members receive priority access to booking these dates.
  • Tier benefits:
    • Silver: No early access benefit.
    • Gold: Access to priority booking dates before the general public.
    • Platinum: First priority access to booking high-demand dates, ahead of Gold and public reservations.
  • The exact timelines for advance booking windows will be published separately and may vary by season.
  • Priority access applies only to active members and cannot be transferred.

General Terms

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • All rentals booked with credits are subject to RV Adventure Club’s standard rental agreement, insurance requirements, and damage policies.
  • RV Adventure Club reserves the right to adjust program features or perks with 30 days notice to members.

Membership Integrity

Fair Use / Abuse of Program

RV Adventure Club reserves the right to review and adjust, limit, suspend, or terminate membership benefits if, in its sole discretion, a member is found to be misusing credits, bonuses, or program features in a way that is inconsistent with the intent of the program, abusive to the business, or detrimental to other members.

Modification & Interpretation Rights

RV Adventure Club reserves the right to interpret these policies and to make reasonable adjustments in cases not explicitly covered by these terms. This includes correcting errors, closing unintended loopholes, and ensuring the program functions as intended.

Right to Deny Service in Cases of Abuse

RV Adventure Club may refuse rentals, cancel reservations, or revoke membership if a member’s actions are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the business or other members.
