How do I book an RV with credits?

This functionality is the most difficult for us to implement as the booking platform and the credit platforms are different. There is no single platform that let's us do both. We continue to look for a solution. However, these are the steps to book an RV with credits: Review how many credits you have here in the members area Start the booking process on our rental website (rvrentalskelowna.com) Use the coupon code found in your member perks area (e.g Silver Members Perks) Do NOT finish the payment processing - this will create a "quote" in our system Our staff will confirm the booking with you Our staff will deduct the amount of credits needed and apply it to the booking then manually approve your booking We will create some instructional videos you can follow along as well. For the promotional and last minute rentals, it looks like you'll be able to purchase those right on the website with credits.

White if I don't have enough credits for the rental?

You will continue to accrue credits with your membership and at 30 days from departure we will apply your credit balance to the outstanding amount owing. If you're still short, you can use the Top-Up option found in your member perks area. This option will give you a bonus on any amount spent? For example, Silver Members get s 5% bonus on top up payments so for every $100 they spent, they will get $105 worth of credits.

How do I get my free annual rental?

At this time we are still looking into the best way to do this. For now use the same steps as you would to book an RV with credits. Reminder that the free annual rentals are for low and shoulder season rentals only. If part of the booking falls into the high season than those nights will need to be paid with credits (and you can use the top-up bonus to cover the costs as well). For the free annual rentals, you'll still need to pay for the prep fee and for motorhomes you're limited to 100km/nt. Fees and add-ons can be paid for with credits. Note: Damage deposits are a payment authorization on your credit card and can not be covered with credits.
