Q: We can't travel this year, what happens to my credits?

Your credits never expire so they will continue to roll over until you use them. Alternatively, you can transfer your credits to a friend or family member. (some restrictions apply, inquire for full details) The free rental nights must be used up in the same calendar year so those will expire. These are

Q: Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause for up to 2 months in a calendar year if you need a break. Your credits remain in your account, but member perks are only active when your membership is active. Free night rentals bonuses, including founders bonuses, will not be accessible until the membership is resumed.

Q: Do credits cover everything?

Credits can be applied to any costs except penalties, fees, or damage reimbursements.

Q: What if I don’t have enough credits for a trip?

No problem! Club members get a discounted top up bonus depending on their tier. Silver members get a 5% top up bonus so for every $100 they pay, they get $105 worth of credits.

What happens if I cancel?

Your credits are always yours — they never expire. However, the special member perks (like price protection, discounts, and shorter minimum rentals) are only available while your membership is active. If you rejoin later, you’ll regain the perks at the then-current membership rate.
